Lebanon Makers Festival:
Downtown Lebanon Main Street and a committee of other community leaders have been working hard on a county-wide initiative called Lebanon Made. Our goal is to brand the Downtown and Lebanon County. We wanted to have a theme that is multi-faceted by:
- Creating connectivity among makers within our region
- Increase revenue for businesses, makers
- Marketing the “Makers”
- Create tours and other experiential activities relating to various consumer markets
- Build civic pride
- Build tourism
One of the initiatives of the Lebanon Made program is the Makers Festival. We want to showcase our artists, crafters, small manufacturers, food producers, and performing arts. We want to showcase your work!
The Makers Festival is a juried festival although we are trying to keep our fees low to encourage more participation.
Submit three clear photos of your work and one of your display. To ensure quality and a variety of arts and crafts, each application must be accompanied by three high quality photos of your product and one photo of your booth with products you plan to display and sell. It is important to submit photos that clearly represent all of your work. You may submit computer prints of your photos as long as they are good quality.
If you have never participated in a show before please send the required photos and a photo of how you would like to display your art/craft.
All work must be hand crafted by the artist or craft person who is attending the show and exhibiting (your professional attitude is also considered at the show).
“Creativity is contagious, pass it on”
Please share your creativity and let other Makers know about this exciting opportunity.
